Our Large capacity allows us to process high volume parts such as disposable heat exchanger tubes for the medical industry at a competitive price.

With our 10 ft. Aluminum line (along with 15 ft. Hardcoating) and a (2) ton overhead hoist, we are able to process larger sized components with ease. Accurate also has (3) "Hand Held" lines when "Precision Anodizing and Hardcoating" is required. These production lines are ideal when particular attention must be paid to flushing out blind holes or when precise thicknesses of coating are necessary.

Electropolishing is an extremely important "Link in the Chain" when it comes to computer chip manufacturing. Large semiconductor equipment, such as this requires smooth, clean surfaces in order to perform its proper function. Accurate extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, along with our large 15 ft. capacity for processing chambers sets us apart from out competition.
